Nancy Kennewell is an experienced practitioner in Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Hopi Ear Candle and Stress Management working from her clinic in Carlton, Nottingham.

Reiki - This is a gentle, hands on non invasive therapy that is deeply relaxing and assists with healing the whole person. It also helps both body and mind whilst restoring balance and harmony to life. Nancy has also been healing her family and friends pets for 10 years and has had considerable success in helping animals emotionally, physically and behaviourally. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - This is simply an emotional version of acupuncture WITHOUT the needles, it is a gentle treatment based on the discovery that negative emotions cause a disruption in the whole body's energy system which can manifest themselves in different ways e.g. - anxiety, stress, fears, phobias addictions, lack of self confidence and physical pain etc. It works by gently tapping on energy points around the upper body. 

Nancy has been certified by the Association for Meridian Energy Therapies (The AMT) as a Meridian Energy Therapy Practitioner. This qualification also includes intensive knowledge of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Hopi Ear Candle Therapy - This can bring relief from discomfort associated with ear wax build up, sinus congestion, pressure in the ears and much, much more.

Stress Management Techniques - Nancy has accumulated numerous techniques for aiding people to cope better with the stresses and strains of every day life.

Nancy is currently a member of the Sue Ricks School of Complementary Therapies following completion of her FHT and BABTAC accredited courses. 

Her practice is home based and located in Carlton, Nottingham. She is fully qualified and insured.
